To export and consolidate, just do a right click on the composition tab and choose a folder to save it or do it directly from the file tree:

Consolidate will take as well baked compositions, 2d and 3d files.
By default, Medias placed in the standard Pack won't be consolidated. IF ever you need to do this, go to preferences(F11)->Medias->Medias directories configuration and check
