Analyze the Log Files

Analyze the log files after a freeze or crash to find if you can solve it by yourself

To find the log, you can go into the directory located in %appdata%/Smode Compose/ or %appdata%/Smode Live/ or %appdata%/Smode Community/ .
Sort them by the most recently modified, and open the rendering file and,or the userinterface file.
Go down to the bottom of the file and you will see the last operation made by the rendering or User interface, it can be a hint on the what made Smode crash or freeze
If you can not resolve your issue you can sent this file to the support team (if there is a dump generated you should also include it )
: if you are able to launch Smode, there is a shortcut to find the directory containing configuration files: EDIT > Preferences > Go to configuration folder"
