How-to Manage Loading and VRam usage

The Memory Tab

To see what in your project take a lot of memory you can open the memory tab
Ctrl + Alt + Right Click on the tab bar alongside the file exprorer and chose Memory.
You can now click on elements to deploy them and see the different layers and their estimated Vram usage

The Loading Column

To control the loading you can activate the Column in the elements tree and unload item you don't need during the part of the show.

Preload/Unload in timeline

To automate the loading you can use timeline.
For this select the desired block and go to the parameter to activate the Preload and/or the unload and set their duration
The preload and unload is represented in the timeline by this little bar before and after the block

Preload/Unload in Cue List

Like in a Timeline you automate the loading in the Cue List by going in the parameter of the different Cue

Clean unused memory

Toggle the ON-AIR Enable/Disable ON-AIR mode Read More button twice to free the unused memory by Smode and refrech the GPU Memory Meter Displays the ratio of graphics memory used to the available memory Read More
