The video content was created by Drop the Spoon. The video is central to the show, with lighting mainly highlighting the singers and dancers. According to the director Giuliano Peparini, the show is built around the video tool. The technical direction of the show was driven by Julien Bedane.
Loïc Choquer, media server operator, specializing in video mapping and colorimetry, joined this project through word-of-mouth and his extensive experience as did César Andreï.
Loïc and César oversee the video component, balancing technical requirements, artistic demands, and the logistics of a large-scale tour with nine semi-trailers of equipment.
The brief was subjective, combining artistic expectations from Italian artists and French producers. The challenge was to meet these demands within tight deadlines. Collaboration with César Andreï, Florian Solesse, and Romain Tertrais was crucial, despite personal sacrifices like lack of sleep. The show, lasting over 3 hours, had to be encoded within very short deadlines.

SMODE simplified the operation, with timecoded shows controlled by the sound technician. Emergency buttons are available for unforeseen issues, allowing the show to continue even if some mapping elements are unavailable.
3 SMODE servers are used: Main, SOS, and Designer.
The compositing engine was primarily useful for 2D previews, helping to create a 2D/3D visualization system for encoding.

SMODE enabled a smooth, scalable, and artistically cohesive production, using advanced mapping and encoding techniques. Its integration facilitated reliable and adaptable technical operations during the tour.
The video setup is adaptable to different venues, with 17 surfaces mapped by 6 projectors, requiring 4 hours of video system calibration per venue. There are 340 warping points, as some surfaces, all mapped in a maximum of 4 points, are visible by multiple projectors simultaneously. The detailed mapping schedule allows any media server operator to take over the project without difficulty.
