Devices Panel

The Devices panel provides an overall view of all Device External peripheral exchanging data with Smode Read More connected to Smode, corresponding to those created and configured in the Engine Preferences Smode Preferences panel Read More (F11):
You can configure most of the main parameters directly from the Devices panel without having to use the Preferences panel. You can also mute them temporarily when not in use.
Right-click on them to 'Recreate Device' (this can help fix some issues).
Here are the categories of devices that can be displayed and manipulated in the device panel:

• Video: Video Input Device Video Input Devices are used to capture video streams in Smode Read More and Video Output Device Video Output Devices are devices that enable the sending of a video stream out of Smode Read More
• Audio: Audio Device Use audio devices in Smode Read More
• Control: Control Device Use any external controllers such as MIDI or OSC, DMX, and ArtNet Read More (MIDI, OSC, DMX, Artnet, ...)
• Clock: Clock Device Used to synchronize an animation with Time Code Read More (LTC, MTC)
